Support the ongoing mission of the Katz-Moses Woodworkers With Disabilities Fund as it continues supplying tools, resources and hands on skills development events to woodworkers with disabilities. Grain to Grain is KMWDF's flagship weekend: distillery tours on the historic grounds of Buffalo Trace Distillery's sprawling campus, VIP Meet & Greets, an incredible dinner with curated cocktails and capping off with a fundraiser auction. How the seats work: Saturday's dinner room holds 100 seats for sale (Weekend VIP + Saturday Only combined) plus 10 seats reserved for KMWDF board members and special guests — 110 in the room. Friday's tour and meet & greet is capped at 25 Friday Only seats, plus however many Weekend VIP holders join.

Arrive at Warehouse J on the Buffalo Trace campus.
3:15 PM
Welcome from Jonathan and Jason, then the private tour departs.
5:00 PM
Tour wraps back at Warehouse J. Hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails (two per guest, per Buffalo Trace policy). Live music, cornhole, axe throwing, and firepit seating. The whiskey cabinet build goes on display and silent auction bidding opens.
7:00 PM
Event concludes. Afterglow continues at The Delegate hotel.

Saturday, October 3

Distillery tours & charity dinner · Elmer T. Lee Clubhouse

Distillery & Whiskey Woodcraft workshop guided tours with master woodworker Jon Hartman.
