Data Retention

Applicant records are retained only as long as needed to complete the review process. All medical documentation is securely deleted once an applicant is approved to the waitlist. No documentation is printed or stored outside of our secure application platform.

All application data is managed through Salesforce using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized KMWDF staff and review team members only.

Third Parties

KMWDF does not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes. Information is shared only as required by law or to process donations through our payment processor.
